Flooring Repair before Carpet Installation

Ever step on a certain spot and feel an indent or hear the floor creak?...that could be a rotten subfloor. High traffic areas or water damage can contribute to your subfloor not holding up the way that it should. It is important to fix the subfloor before installing new flooring or the problem will persist even after new flooring installation. Brace underneath, install plywood.

Floor repair finished. Ready for carpet. Floor patch to seal all cracks and spaces left between joints.
